Welcome to the District 3 homepage. I am Nino Mangione and I am proud to represent my constituents in District 3 as the newest Member of the Baltimore County Council. I am dedicated to supporting public safety, reducing taxes, growing our economy, and preserving the URDL.
I am a lifelong resident of Baltimore County. The majority of my family continues to work and live in Baltimore County today. Coming from a large Italian family, I grew up the second of six children and one of sixty grandchildren.
I attended Calvert Hall High School and attended Towson University on a soccer scholarship where I earned my degree in political science, graduating cum laude as a scholar athlete. Prior to being selected for Council, the citizens of the Maryland House of Delegates, District 42A elected me twice to represent them in Annapolis. I served on the Appropriations and Judiciary committees during my seven ½ years in Annapolis and I am optimistic that experience will be valuable as your Councilman.
Baltimore County is my home. I want to work with each of you to make our area prosperous, safe, and a great place to live!
