Maryland Energy Assistance Program (Available at Towson Only)
The Baltimore County Office of Home Energy Programs (OHEP) helps low-income County citizens pay their heating bills, minimize heating crises and make energy more affordable. If your service is off or if you have received a turn-off notice, apply as soon as possible and in person at our office. Appointments are not required.
