Homicide Victim, 2003
At 3:10 a.m. on June 6, 2003, police responded to the Windsor Inn, 7202 Windsor Mill Road, 21244 in reference to a gunshot wound. When they arrived, they found 25-year-old Damien Drew on the parking lot deceased from a gunshot wound.
Drew was reported to have been involved in an argument inside the bar with an unidentified woman. The argument continued in the parking lot until the woman left at 2:45 a.m.
Approximately 15 minutes later, two cars pulled onto the Windsor Inn's lot and approached Drew. A man stepped out of one of the vehicles, pulled out a handgun and shot Drew. That vehicle was described as a 1990 to 1999, gold, four-door Nissan Maxima. The second vehicle was described as a 1990 to 1999, four-door, black, foreign model. Both vehicles then fled the lot.

A witness was able to provide descriptions of two of the subjects which led to composite sketches being completed.
