Remote Access to County Network and Applications

The use of the remote access gateway to the County network and applications is governed by the Remote Access Policy. By using remote access to the County network and applications, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand this policy and agree to its requirements and conditions.

  1. PhoneFactor Authentication Setup

    Before you can use this service, you must complete your enrollment in the PhoneFactor authentication service. The PhoneFactor authentication service provides an additional layer of security by calling you on the phone and asking you to enter a PIN before your sign-on is successful. Please access the URL below to set up your phone and PIN. Your phone will be called during the enrollment process so make sure you can answer it.

  2. Citrix MyApps Access

    Use Citrix Apps to remotely access your applications and file services.

    Note: Please make sure you disable any popup blockers or the software may not load correctly.

Citrix Workspace

If this is your first time using the County's remote access solution on a County-owned device, please install the Citrix Workspace from Software Center. 

For use on a non-County owned computer only, please download and install the Citrix Workspace App.
