Virtual drop-in meetings and one-on-one appointments are currently suspended until further notice.
The Circuit Court for Baltimore County Self-Help Office accepts walk-ins Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and on Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. We are located in the County Courts Building, 401 Bosley Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204, Second Floor Law Library (rear).
Services
The Office can:
- Help with Family Law court forms, which may be obtained at the Clerk’s Office or through the Maryland Judiciary. Learn more about electronic filing.
- Explain Family Law court processes
- Help you open, answer or move your Family Law case forward. Check the status of your case.
The Office cannot:
- Give legal advice
- File paperwork for you
- Represent you in court
