The Carroll Manor Recreation Office serves the Carroll Manor Recreation Council and their programs.
Council Meetings
The Council meets on the second Thursday of each month (excluding July and August) at 8:15 p.m. at the Jacksonville Recreation Center.
Parks
This Office also manages the daily operations and reservations for the following parks, community centers and school recreation centers (SRCs):
- Carroll Manor Elementary SRC and Park
- Hydes Road Park
- Jacksonville Elementary SRC
- Jacksonville Recreation Center and Sweet Air Park
