Baltimore County Department of Health is working with community hospital partners to teach residents the signs of a stroke. The acronym BE FAST is used to alert people to watch for issues with Balance, Eyes, Face, Arms, Speech and to be Timely in getting medical attention right away for individuals experiencing difficulties in these areas.
